The Part-Time Snow Removal Technician will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes.
The Part-time Snow Removal Technician will be able to commit a minimum of 2-3 days/week to be “On-Call” for early morning snow removal. Shifts begin as early as 2 am when overnight snowfall requires clearing. This is a labor-intense position with significant hand shoveling required.

Snow removal by hand or snow blower around decks, stairs, roofs and walkways.
Spread ice melt and sand on icy areas
Dig out signs, ski racks, trash cans, benches and other objects
Report safety hazards to appropriate individuals
Report on time when called in for work
Be able to fulfill commitment for entire winter season
Ability to get to Resort by 2am for shift (requires personal transportation)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with snow blowers is beneficial
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Colorado Driver’s License & with acceptable driving record.
Experience working with high volume public situations
Be in good physical condition
Able to perform moderate to heavy lifting
Withstand sub-zero temperatures
