TOLMAR Inc. Production Maintenance Technician I in Windsor, Colorado

Purpose and ScopeProvide general support for the maintenance of the production equipment.Perform regular preventive maintenance and repair and strive to improveoperational quality of the equipment. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintenance of equipment, processes and supportingengineering projects, and performing scheduled maintenance operations atvarious company work locations.Assist Senior Technicians in performing repairs on and installation ofmachines and equipment.Maintain facilities and maintenance records that conform to FDA, cGMP andSOP standards.Communicate with supervisors to resolve problems with equipment andfacilities.Recommend and assist with implementation of measures/processes to improveoperating conditions of equipment.Assist with IR investigations and company audits.Assist with parts ordering and maintenance of inventory levels of critical andnon -critical spare parts.Participate in required annual hazardous waste training.
