Job Description Summary:
Property Summary:Manor Vail Lodge is one of Vail's original and iconic properties. Summary: Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Receives written work orders or oral instructions from supervisor.
Returns work orders with detail of project, materials used and date/time of completion.
Paints interior and exterior walls and trim.
Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.
Waters plants around the property during the summer months.
Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Wed/Thur/Friday 8am-4:30pm and Saturday and Sunday evening 2pm-10pm
