Three Brothers Concrete Concrete Finisher in Thornton, Colorado

Three Brothers Concrete, located at 8150 Steele Street Thornton CO 80229(ph:(720)872-0443) is seeking 2 full-time temporary ConcreteFinishers with construction with at least 1 month experience beginning work on04/01/2021 and ending 12/3/2021. Worker will receive 1 month, orlikely less, of safety training. Finishers will be in charge of aligningforms, tying rebar, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces of pouredconcrete--floors, sidewalks, etc. Standard construction duties alsoexpected including cleanup and prep prior to work, cleanup after. Usingtools to level site for proper concrete pour. Do flatwork concrete work.Employer will supply all tools and equipment required for duties at nocost/cost/deposit payment to the employee.Employer expects a Monday - Friday schedule from 7:00am - 3:00 pm, butdue to the nature of work, days/times may vary due to factors such asweather. Work will be conducted in the following counties: Douglas,Larimer, Denver, El Paso, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Boulder, Adams,Broomfield, and Weld counties. Standard pay will be $23.57 - $33.00(based on company's internal pay policies), and if overtime is legallyrequired, it will be paid at a rate of $35.36 - $49.50. Pay will beissued at least once every two weeks, typically on Friday by the end of thework day, and a single work week will be used to compute.The Employer willmake all deductions from paychecks that are required by law and a reasonablehousing deduction should Employee choose to use employer-provided housing.Employees willhave the option of employer-provided housing, and Employer shall deduct$235.00 per pay periodshould employees choose to live in employer-provided housing. Employer willreimburse within the first week of employment all visa, visa processing,border crossing, and other relatedfees, as mandated, and not exceeding mandated reimbursements. If theworker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimbursethe worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the workcontract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide orpay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistenceback home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, exceptwhere the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equalto the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distancesinvolved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.68 per dayduring travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts. Drug TestRequired Prior to Employment.
