Kelly Services Production Associate in Stillwater, Colorado
Production Associate/Stillwater (Alternating day & night shifts every 2 weeks)
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Production Associate for one of our top clients in Stillwater.
As a Production Associate placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our client’s warehouse department. Candidates will be responsible for the safe and reliable operation of equipment in the manufacturing of vinyl sheet and plank flooring to produce quality products for our customers. Pay is $14/hr.
Schedule will be 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday. Will be rotating every two weeks from day to night shift.
Day shift: 7AM-3PM
Night shift: 11PM-7AM
Additional Job Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for handling and working with luxury tile
Will be cutting 12’ sheets into smaller sizes
Operate, maintain, and improve plant production processes and equipment
Works closely and in cooperation with operating teams and focus areas
Frequently check key processes and product variables to ensure proper operation and attainment of quality standards
Follow Daily Start Up and Shut Down Procedures
Other duties, as assigned
Job Requirements:
Previous Manufacturing experience is a plus, not required
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and correct problems with manufacturing equipment
Continuous improvement focus
Strong communication skills (verbal and oral)
High attention to detail
Reliable and dependable
