Description of Duties:
The Infrastructure Project Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
Ensure subcontractor requirements are completed as required by the statement of work and final bid documents.
Provide detailed peer reviewing of blue prints and project specifications.
Develop infrastructure project statements of work.
Coordinate with IRES Contracting for project solicitations and change orders.
Coordinate on base access for subcontractors.
Provide management of infrastructure as-built drawings.
Ensure all project sites are safety compliant and all subcontractors are properly briefed and maintain safety compliance.
Directly interface with the Government customer.
Directly interface with the Facilities Operation and Maintenance personnel.
Assist in electrical, mechanical and architectural design modifications.
Flexible work schedules, daily starting and ending times could adjust by two hours. The normal working hours are 7:00am-3:30pm M-F, with the possibility of supporting 2nd and 3rd shift hours when required.
Holidays and weekends could be occasionally required, based on specific project requirements.
This position can be filled at Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO.
This position is expected to pay $105,600 - $147,900 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days. If a candidate has not been selected at that time, it will continue to be posted until a suitable candidate is selected or the position is closed.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 12 years of general experience; Master's degree and 10 years of general experience.
Must have 8 years of continuous experience in the construction trades
Must have 5 years of experience working in a management or leadership role
Must have a current state driver's license
Must have experience with project estimating, specifically Department of Defense (DoD) government projects
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
Must be familiar with using CAD software
Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification
