Amentum M&TE Coordinator in Pueblo, Colorado

Job Summary

SURETY -

This position is designated as an unescorted access position and is subject to the requirements of the Unescorted Access Program. As a condition of employment, candidates and incumbents must favorably complete a personnel security investigation, urinalysis testing, respiratory screening, and must meet and maintain personnel suitability and reliability requirements established by the PCD Commander.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / TASKS

• Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees.• Perform all work in compliance with environmental permits and regulations.• Be at work when scheduled and maintain a good attendance record.• Maintain accountability and audibility for all M&TE.• Maintain plans, procedures, MOPs, and all other documentation necessary for safe and proper performance of instrumentation maintenance activities.• Coordinate with Procurement and Property (Warehouse/Receiving) for Min/Max items, procurement issues and shipment of M&TE for re-certification.• Organize and schedule specialized training or seminars to enhance the overall ability of the department to perform in a sound technical and professional manner.• Ensure M&TE calibration and PM activities are consistently and concisely documented.• Coordinate between shifts and acting as the central point of contact for M&TE issues.• Interface directly with internal and external customers to communicate status of M&TE.• Initiate and distribute calibration and PM status reports to assist in the prioritization of resources, personnel and toxic entry time.• Coordinate with appropriate organizations and outside vendors to ensure accurate current information is available and documented as part of the performance of calibration and PM procedures.• Coordinate with other supervisors, managers, and employees at all levels to ensure commonality of purpose and direction.• Act as Subcontract Technical Representative STR for vendors pertaining to calibration of M&TE.• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Technical field and 4 years’ related maintenance experience or equivalent technical maintenance training and experience

Or, Associate degree in Technical field and 8 years’ related maintenance experience or equivalent technical maintenance training and experience

Or, High school diploma/equivalent and 12 years’ related maintenance experience or equivalent technical maintenance training and experience

• Must be a US Citizen or naturalized citizen able to obtain and maintain PCAPP site access.• Must be computer literate in common software applications and able to operate general office equipment.• Must be 18 years of age or older.• Must be willing to work overtime, varying hours and/or rotating shifts.• Must be willing and able to work in an industrial environment that is in close proximity to and/or in a chemical demilitarization facility.

Minimum Qualifications:• Must have experience in industrial facility scheduling and coordination.• Have general understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.• Have general understanding of property and inventory control processes. • Have experience using calibration tracking software.
