IndieDwell Colorado Master Electrician in Pueblo, Colorado

POSITION: Master ElectricianDUTIES: The Master Electrician is the MEP Team Lead and coordinates theinstallation, repair, and service of electric and electronic components.As a Team-Lead you exemplify our code of values, show respect and courtesyto all customers and teammates. The Master Electrician is responsible forinstalling, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and fixtures.Inspecting and testing electrical systems for safety, functionality, forState and Local code compliance. The Master Electrician is the primaryinterface with Production Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, ProcurementManager, and HR on all issues related to the Stage. The Master Electricianreports to the Production Manager.* Foster and maintain a safe and clean work environment* Establish compliance with Health and Safety regulations, the indieDwellteammate Handbook, Quality, and Environmental standards* Reads blueprints and other specifications to determine method ofinstallation, work procedures, material and tool requirements* Documentation of work and material flow through MEP Stage* Provide leadership and direction to the MEP Team* Mentors, coaches' teammates, journeymen and apprentices for theimprovement of performance and preparation of additional responsibilities* Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment* Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions,and determine needed repair* Delivers continuous improvement in productivity, safety, quality, and cost* Proactively plans and communicates material requirements to ensure timelyreceipt of materials to support construction schedules* Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects* Follow established processes and procedures* Ensures installations meet project scope and indieDwell standards for codeand quality* Collaborate and communicate with other Stage Leads to improve processes,efficiencies and flow of work operations and develop a cohesive team* Supervise and assist in the training and development of journeyman andapprentice electricians* Performs other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:* The Master Electrician has earned state licensure as an electrician whoseskills, experience and expertise exceeds that of a journeyman electrician.* 5+ years of Electrical installation experience and of verified practicalwork experience* Master Electrician License in ColoradoOTHER REQUIREMENTS:* Expert level knowledge of Local and Colorado Codes* Ability to perform as Lead installer on multiple projects simultaneously* Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances* Ability to review system and interconnection design for adherence toElectrical Code (NEC) and industry best practices* Knowledgeable of materials and installation, maintenance, andalteration of new construction electrical systems* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Excellent teamwork skills - ability to foster a positive team environment* Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkwardspaces* Participates in industry/professional forums in order to stay abreast ofindustry direction and new technologies* Consistently promote the purpose and vision of indieDwell* Delivers high levels of Safety, Support, and Trust to all teammates* Open to be your whole and real self here at indieDwell* Is self-aware, resilient, assertive and open to change* Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborativeapproach* Exercises considerable initiative/judgment in work methods,interpreting and delegating work requirements/goals* Excellent communicator, organizer, problem-solver, and strongattention to detail* Capacity to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time* Able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with many stakeholdersWAGE: DOESHIFTS: 1st shiftJOB SITE: Pueblo CoBENEFITS:*Employer paid 100% Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, PTOmProfit-SharingAPPLICATION INSTR
