Evraz Rocky Mountain Steel Asset Maintenance Coordinator in Pueblo, Colorado

POSITION: Asset Maintenance CoordinatorDUTIES: This position requires a person with strong maintenance projectplanning skills. The successful Asset Maintenance Coordinator (AMC) willbe able to effectively manage and develop plans for inspections, monitor andevaluate results. The plans are predictive and preventative maintenance forassigned assets.* Support Supervisors with inspections, predictive and preventivemaintenance tools for assigned assets utilizing vibration analysis,thermographic imaging, ultrasound, laser alignment, etc* Manage technical documentation for assigned tasks* Develop plans for inspections, predictive and preventive maintenance forassigned assets* Prepare, monitor, and evaluate results from equipment inspections* Develop maintenance budget for assigned assets including maintenance CAPEXrepair projects and inventory management* Develop plans for maintenance downturns, major plant shutdowns, andCAPEX repair projects for assigned assets* Establish equipment criticality and technical status for assigned assets* Understand equipment technologies and limitations and their effect onsafety, quality, productivity, and cost* Keep maintenance staff informed on inventory, assets, budget, andcost control* Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics forassigned tasks* Train staff members as required* Effective management of external resourcesREQUIREMENTS:* Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in maintenance at amanufacturing facility or a Maintenance Facility Coordinator* Minimum four (4) years of experience working as an IndustrialEngineer, Journeyman Electrical or Mechanical Craftsperson. or as aMaintenance Facility Coordinator in an industrial manufacturing environmentOTHER REQUIREMENTS:* Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawing* Knowledge of CMMS systems* Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Projects, and PowerPoint* Proven teamwork, communication (oral and written), administrativeand organizational skills* Proven problem solving and analytical skills* Must be available to be on call and assist personnel in times of emergencyand business needsAll applicants must be legally able to work in the USA without sponsorship.WAGE: $70,000 - $80,000/AnnuallySHIFTS: Discuss with EmployerJOB SITE: Pueblo CoBENEFITS: Full company benefit package to include medical, dental, vision,defined pension plan, profit sharing, and 401K matching.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: If you meet the minimum requirements for thisposition, please click on How to Apply' to view application information.You must be registered with Connecting Colorado to view the applicationinformation (registration is available at no cost).
