We're excited to work with you.What You'll Do (Essential Job Functions):PeopleAct as a professional leader within the organization and as a representativeof the company.Be an effective communicator and leader within the QA department andthroughout the companyDevelop and grow multi-level relationships with customers, suppliers,auditors, and other interested parties in support of company goalsDevelop personal job competency through continuing educationMentor and coach fellow professionals at the companyProcessesImplementation: follow all released processes related to inspectionplanning, inspection, and internal customer supportImprovement: suggest improvement of QA Department and company processes insupport of internal and external customersPerformanceInspection Planning: Plan manual, CMM, and Vision System inspectionsInspection: Execute inspection plans for manual, CMM, and Vision SysteminspectionsInternal customer supportSupport internal customer requests for support related to inspection,measurement strategy, calibration, and other related requestsIf assigned, perform duties of Calibration CoordinatorAdminister recall and collection of Measurement and Test Equipment (M.and.TE)Arrange for internal or supplier calibration purchase ordersInspect incoming M.and.TE and associated certification paperwork aftercalibration for compliance with requirementsApply marking to M.and.TE per internal requirementsOther duties as assigned.What You Bring (Desired Experience and Skills):Ability to run a CMM program and interpret results desired.Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Ability to work effectively with a team and independently as needed to supportthe group effort.Ability to perform basic hand tool calibration procedure desired.Basic reading, writing, computer skills such as log on, data entry,and retrieval.High attention to detail.Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications):High School Diploma or equivalent.Preferred 3 years' experience in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.Proficiency in GD.and.T required.Must provide proof of US citizenship or permanent residency to comply withITAR requirements.Ability to pass a drug screen per company drug testing policy.Ability to pass a criminal background check per company policy.WE ARE PROUD TO OFFER:Competitive wages and friendly working conditions.Excellent health, dental, short-term disability, and life insurance benefits.Annual bonus opportunitiesPaid holidaysTuition reimbursement401(k) opportunitiesWORK ENVIRONMENTOur manufacturing facility is more than 56,000 square feet.
