TTM Technologies, Inc Production Associate Plating 1st Shift in Littleton, Colorado

Scope: To perform various electroplating processes to deposit metals onprinted circuit boards. Must be able to read and follow written directions onshop travelers and work instructions that are in place for each process. Mustadhere to all health and safety guidelines, including requirements forkeeping the area clean and organized. Required to utilize all appropriatesafety equipment and to receive annual RCRA and safety training.1st shift hours are 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri. Overtime as needed.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Maintaining a clean work environmentProduct verification of panels processedEnvironmental regulations for proper chemical handling and storage ofchemicalsPreventive maintenance on equipmentCheck levels of chemical bathsOperate repetitive plating and wet process machines to plate circuits ontopanes, e.g., deposition process.Manually performs or operates machines requiring setups, constant monitoringand periodic adjustments in speed, temperature and/or chemical levels.Set appropriate speed on conveyor and run product in the most efficientmanner.The employee is responsible to follow all RCRA standards as outlined by thecertification that he or she has been trained to at all times. The health andsafety regulations encompass the cleanliness of the area that he or she willbe working as a result.May handle hazardous waste as outlined in departmental work instructions.The following RCRA training is required on initial hire and on an annual basisthereafter Introduction to RCRA, Properties of Facility Waste, WasteMinimization Accumulation, Container Management, and Emergency Response Plan.Perform other duties as required.Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Solid knowledge of mathStrong attention to detailKnowledge of chemistry and electroplating processes preferredAbility to work around chemicalsGood computer skillsAbility to perform visual inspectionPCB manufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to produce quality work under pressureAble to understand and follow daily work direction and process instructions inEnglish as received verbally or in writing from supervisor or other qualifiedperson.Ability to understand and follow posted procedures.Ability to understand and follow all safety codes and requirements.Physical/Mental Demands:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in noisy environment (hearingprotection provided)Ability to work in chemical environmentsAbility to stand on feet for 8 hoursMeet all safety requirements for performing duties.Required Work Experience: 0-2 Years Relevant ExperiencePrevious printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred.
