Manages the construction yard at the main office by organizing construction supplies, tracking small tools, delivering items to project sites, and assists with various other tasks as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organizes and maintains organization of the construction yard and small tools. Utilizing the Tool Watch system.
Uses the company flatbed and box truck to deliver items to project sites as needed.
Orders bulk quantity supplies.
Tracks supply costs.
Operates bobcats and telehandler equipment to load/unload and store materials.
Maintain relationships with suppliers.
Other duties may be assigned.
Successful applicants will be highly motivated and committed to working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
A qualified applicant must have a valid driver's license with good MVR.
Applicants should have a general knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable with computer use.
