Title: Electrical ForemanDepartment: ElectricalWork Location: Denver, Colorado - Greater Metro Front Range AreasPosition Overview:Hunt Electric is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Electrical Foremanposition based in our Littleton, CO office. The qualified candidate mayoversee the project from award of the project to the final construction. Theposition requires a high level of customer service to build and maintainrelationships. Experience with electrical construction background is required.Major Duties:Have previously successfully supervised projects with crews ranging from 2 to50 personnel, meeting safety, quality and production goals.Diplomatically manage the crews and provide appropriate training, positiveand constructive feedback.Plan and layout the project including planned installation material take offquantities and tool needs based on the project schedule.Have safety training relative to electrical and general construction such asOSHA 10 hour, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR, scissor lift, fork lift,Lock Out/Tag Out and trade specific.Establish a site-specific safety plan, evaluate project risks to personneland equipment to mitigate them.Understand, review and implement the installation per the contract drawingsand specifications.Evaluate the contracted scope of work with the PM to determine change requestsand schedule affect.Plan the project's material, equipment and labor needs for timely arrivalto and from the site.Have basic computer skills such as Outlook, Bluebeam, Word and Excel.Monitor daily progress to the short term and long-term schedules to meetcommitments. Provide daily written documentation of activities and obstacles.Conduct and participate in project meetings as needed and provide necessarytrade coordination.Coordinate and communicate with the PM and purchasing manager with detailedmaterial requisitions, and delivery schedules.Establish and implement prefab project specific tasks.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Current Colorado Journeyman license.Five plus years of installation experience with the latest electrical code,means and methods.Be able to apply the latest technological techniques to maximize employeesafety, quality and production.Superior internal and external communication and interpersonal skills(tact, diplomacy, influence etc.).
