Job Summary
Daily communication with management, drivers, and customers
Process orders, customer complaints, and other requests
Obtain and provide accurate directions for drivers
Dispatch drivers to deliveries
Get all required information for fuel brought in by 3rd party vendors and our drivers
Excellent record keeping
Responsible for completing all tickets and uploading images in system everyday
Track drivers hours to ensure compliance with FMCSA requirements
Monitor frac truck fuel level
Track drivers via GPS
Communicate with customers if deliveries are going to be late
Confirm scheduling
Process missing tickets and BOLs
Other administrative projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
One to three years of operations or logistics experience preferred
Associates Degree
Industry knowledge preferred
Advanced interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication.
MAC experience preferred
Able to pass a drug test
Advanced of computer skills, typing, scanning, etc.
Able to multitasks in a high pace environment
