Colorado Department Of Transportation Highway Maintenance Worker - Traffic Sign and Paint Crew - Lim in Limon, Colorado

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:This position is only open to Colorado residents.This position is located in Agate, COAre you a Roadway or Construction Trades Worker who has a Commercial Driver'sLicense Class A or B? There is a vacancy on the Traffic Crew, located inAgate, CO which is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removalof pavement markings and signage along the State highway and roadway system.The starting salary for this position is typically $3266 per month. Uponsuccessful completion of the probationary period, you may be eligible for anincrease in salary of up to 5%.The anticipated work schedule for this position is 10 hour days, 4 days perweek Monday - Thursday with 3 day weekends.During the warm months this position works out of town typically April 15ththrough November 1st.When traveling overnight, CDOT pays for the hotel and employees receive a perdiem amount to pay for meals.The eligible list created from this announcement may be used to fill currentand future vacancies, in the following locations: Agate.About CDOTDo you want to make a difference in Coloradans' lives?
