The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the property Facilities leader to support all facilities activities. The Coordinator will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information from the Facilities organization. The Facilities Coordinator will provide administrative support to facilities organization, manage office functions including: Work Order coordination, daily office operations, providing general support, and answering incoming calls. Additionally, the Facilities Coordinator, under the supervision of the Facilities leader, will manage all outside contractors in support of the Facilities Department, including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities and providing scheduling support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Facilities leader in all aspects of project implementation as needed.
Support the Facilities leader with external contacts as needed.
Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction and support systems
Set up, maintain and organize department’s central files, information, filing and messages.
Assist facilities staff in locating parts, supplies and materials
Prepare and maintain RFP’s, bid information and other contract documents.
Coordinates vendors and necessary contracts and paperwork needed for each project.
Manages work order system, including receiving work request, assigning work orders, entering system data and providing the overall system administration.
Assists with prioritization of duties for Maintenance and Housekeeping
Assists with payroll and payroll adjustments as needed for Facilities.
Keeps current and accurate records on each working project
Other tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
2+ years’ experience as Facilities Coordinator or 3+ year’s administrative experience
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally and in written form with internal and external customers
Demonstrated customer service excellence
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving
Able to obtain a Colorado Gaming License (Support)
