Maintenance Technician IMusts: Must be at least 18 years of age (Company Policy). Must have aHigh School Diploma or GED. Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License andacceptable driving record. Must have at least 2 years experience in buildingand grounds maintenance. Must have a working knowledge of maintenance ofappliances, electrical, plumbing and grounds keeping. Knowledge of commonhand tools and equipment. Experience in the identification of parts neededfor repairs and when to call for more technical assistance.
