Our Instrumentation and Electronic (I&E) Specialists willstrive to do so daily by carrying out their role in a safe, efficient andreliable manner to bring enhanced value to our customers, fellow employeesand our investors.ROLE (JOB SUMMARY)Efficiently and effectively maintain all applicable I&E points for FieldCompression, Gas Plant, and associated appurtenances, through activitiesas described below. The I&E Specialist will perform all activities Safelyand with Environmentally Sound practices, while working in the primarycapacity of I&E maintenance and equipment (including preventative maintenance)PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Additional dutiesmay be assigned or required in order to assist and/or back-up other teammembers in the pipeline department, as well as those in other CuretonMidstream departments. Maximize Plant, Field and Terminal Equipment Efficiencies, asrelated to I&E responsibility Perform all applicable and necessary equipment PM's on schedule,along with appropriate documentation Effectively / Efficiently Manage Applicable Critical Parts Inventory(Some examples below )o PLC Cards, FIT's, PIT's, LIT's, etco LEL Sensors and Cal Gas, Fire Eyes, etco Wire, Fuses, etco GC Filters and Cal Gas, etc Effectively / Efficiently Manage Parts availability through key /reliable vendors, allowing the same to manage / keep inventory on behalfof SBP where cost and delivery are reasonable MOC's, Recognition of need and facilitation of proper protocol PSM Compliance, as applicable to role Valve Operation - as applicable to role Starting / Stopping of all Plant / Field / Terminal Equipment,as process qualified Effective / Efficient Management of 3rd Party Electrical / I&EServices, as needed Carries out maintenance and testing activities for: Control valves,Positioners, I2P's, transmitters not limited to Level, Pressure,Temperature, and Flow. Closing and opening Medium Voltage switch gear. Maintains Calibration sheets for all instruments including Fire Eyes andLEL detectors. Fault-finding and repair of instrumentation/electronic systems and equipment Modifies, repairs or replaces systems and equipment Interprets technical drawings: P&ID, One Lines, Panel layouts,and cable schedule Prepares reports on work done Knowledgeable with Lock out/Tag out Procedures Willing to assist Operators and Mechanics as work load allows NFPA 70E Arc Flash Training Working with and leading contractors to complete projects Good communication skills Install stainless tubing to complete add on equipment Familiar with Testing equipment: 475 Field communicator, Fluke 789Process meter, Amp Clamp, Cal Gas Comfortable with troubleshooting PLC and loop related issues fromInstruments to PLC processors and I/O modules High School Diploma Required 21+ years of age for insurance purposes At least 3 years in the oil and gas industry Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs and climb ladder Additional duties and responsibilities to be defined Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Must be able to operator computerEXPECTATION EXAMPLES (NOT DESIGNED AS ALL INCLUSIVE, OR AS LIMITATIONS)All employees will work within the parameters described in the CuretonMidstream LLC.
