CRErequest, Bit Run Summary issue, battery label mismatches, Light Run DataEntry (LRDE), Commercial Invoices, Weekly Fixed AssetReconciliation, generate KPIs report. During this period, Trainee Qtracadministrators will work under the mentorship of qualified Qtracadministrators within the facility. The work schedule is Monday through Friday7am to 6pm, you also will be scheduled for two weekends a month, where youwill be at the office 8hrs each day Reporting Structure: Trainee Qtracadministrators reports in most cases directly to the Qtrac Supervisor andfunctional to the Area Operational Planner depending on the localorganizational structure within the D.and.M Facility.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:Understands and complies with company policies and standards Learns and appreciates the importance of Service Quality, Service Deliveryand flawless job execution within the Maintenance and Operation communityWorks closely with peers, basin asset coordinators, logitiscs as part of astrong and dynamic teamSystem and ProcessesLearns the skills required to perform electronic transfers tasks in accordancewith Qtrac, Shipping Manifest, Tool Collar Orders and documented Qtracteam Standard Work Instructions.Accurately and timely documents all electronic transfers tasks using the mostup to date Computerized Maintenance Management System (Qtrac) , QtracSharepoint and Issue TrackerPre-QC BRS for dirty toolsPull weekly report for absent toolsFamiliar with and strictly adheres to assigned locations documented workprocesses and different business systemsActively uses InTouch Support both for technical solutions and for knowledgesharingActively participates in process improvement initiatives such as LEAN and SixSigma as an important contributor continual process improvement. Promotes aculture of safety awareness quality within the maintenance community.Wears the required PPE at all times within the Maintenance FacilityEnsures his/her work areas are safe, clean and orderly at all times.Follows and is accountable to company policies and procedures on health,safety and environment.Uses QUEST to report both HSE and Quality events and for follow up on actionitems.Maintains at all times up-to-date generic and job-related QHSE trainingIs committed to the highest levels of quality in their work with a strong"do it right first time mentality"Previous Experience and Competencies:Trainee Qtrac administrators will have been recruited into the company via theOFS Recruiting Organization and meet the currently defined profile andeducational background requirements for the position of Qtrac administrator.All Trainee Qtrac administrators are required to achieve the stipulatecompetencies defined in Phase 1 of the Qtrac administrator equip program..These competencies include:Proficiency using the required Business System; Qtrac, Issue Tracker,Data Mine, Intouch, FTLCompany HS.and.E Standards as well as segment specific Quality Standards Thisadmin will be working with maintenance planner and asset coordinator to helpwith asset transfers, movements, and tracking in our business systems.They will need to be able to type proper and efficiently, understand basicsoftware, and be very comfortable with computer usage. 2+ years of experience.Other Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Applicants ma
