POSITION PURPOSE:To be a customer focused employee that acquires various aircraft groundservice requests for the users of the airport and maintains a high level ofsafety awareness at all times. The noise level in the work environment isusualPHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly requiredto stand; walk; run; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with handsand arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; andtalk or hear. Maintain a constant Customer Service presence on the ramp. Comply with attendance / tardiness, and uniform standards. Maintain professional conduct at all times. Adhere to daily checklists, comply with assigned work. Assist in the training of co-workers. Responsible for greeting, parking, chalking and marshalling allaircraft arriving or departing from the ramp and hangar area. Adhere to all Company Policies as outlined in the Line Service TrainingManual and Company Handbook. Marshalling, wing-walking aircraft and motor vehicles. Supply customers with catering, ice, water, newspapers and assistwith the loading and unloading of luggage. Receive service information from customers and proper dissemination ofthat information. Perform vehicle service requests, Washing Vehicles, VacuumServices, and Ground Power Unit Operation. Customer vehicle storage. Starting and warming up of vehicles. Arrangement of linen care service. Perform daily inspections on all golf carts, and courtesy cars. Clean around the front entrance of the F.B.O. Maintain a clear ramp from F.O.D. Keep courtesy cars, vans, and equipment clean. Empty trash containers when needed. Snow removal from customer cars, and the front of the F.B.O. Must attend fire safety. (employer will provide this training). Must have knowledge of the forklift, tractors and maintenance truckoperations. Knowledge of contract ticket information, and service request information. Report all broken, unsafe or damaged items or areas immediately upondiscovery and remedy the situation immediately to the best of your ability. Work together with other employees as a team. Prepare coffee and offer dish cleaning services. Other duties as assigned.SUPERVISION OR WORK DIRECTION OVER OTHERS: NoneEDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
