Overview
PURPOSE
Uses a variety of tools and equipment to support production operations, such as shovels, brooms, bobcats, forklifts, levels, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers and water spraying equipment.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates plant processing equipment, maintains product quality and production output. Report any deficiency to supervisor for corrective measures.
Follows all safety, compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards.
Perform scheduled maintenance activities in a timely manner. Assist with major plant repairs and breakdowns as required. Coordinates work to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner in order of priority.
Cleans under and around operating plant using hand tools and small mobile equipment.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Required: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and power tools. Knowledge of company processes and procedures.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required: Valid driver’s license.
Required: Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Able to prioritize work.
Estimated Wage Range
$16.03 - $24.25
