JOB SUMMARYThis hourly, non-exempt position requires a basic knowledge of aircraftground handling and customer service. The job includes varying amounts ofdirecting aircraft for parking, meeting and greeting customers, andcustomer amenity assistance. Transporting of customers is a primary function. FAA, OSHA, EPA, and other safety rules must be followed. Job dutieswill vary each day and are designated by the Line Manager.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekendassignments. Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable towork. Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day. Perform aircraft directing for taxiing to parking location. Transporting customers to and from airport, hotels, and restaurants. Providing customer support for passengers and crew, including coffee,minor aircraft cleaning, and directions. Greeting customers with an energetic, friendly appearance.
