The Headlines :
In this role located at the Rocky Mountain Metal Container End Plant in Golden, Colorado, the Ends Specialist Apprentice will complete a nine month Apprenticeship program, and upon completion will become a full time Ends Specialist.
The shift will be a 4x4 weekly rotation.
The Responsibilities:
Contributes to a safe work environment by performing all tasks in accordance with O.S.H.A., Lock-out/Tag-out/Try-out safety rules & MillerCoors policies and regulations
Works as a self-motivated individual with minimal supervision while functioning as a productive team member
Ability to operate high speed electro-mechanical equipment, conduct equipment inspections and repair mechanical assemblies to insure conformance to specifications or production requirements
Performs set-up, adjustment, and timing of mechanical equipment
Ability to input and interpret quality specifications and SPC data utilizing computer programs including Infinity and Excel
Utilizes the appropriate personal communication and interaction skills required to work with others in a team-based environment
Performs minor preventative, corrective maintenance (autonomous maintenance), break fix situations, troubleshoots and takes appropriate action to resolve issues, ensuring that the equipment is producing quality product in a timely manner
Possesses the basic mechanical and technical skills to accomplish the required machine adjustments and maintenance
Reads and correctly interprets and follows job procedures, work instructions, as well as special notices and/or instructions and is capable to interpret the instructions, relaying that information accurately to other individuals
The Minimum Requirements:
High Speed Manufacturing Equipment experience
Ability to lift 50lbs
Strong oral and written communication and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
Ability to accurately read and follow instructions & perform mathematical calculations
2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Posting Hourly Rate: $24.64
