Service Coordinator

This is a fast paced, dynamic and demanding industry and this is NOT an ENTRY LEVEL position!!

Compensation from $31k - $37k annually depending on level of experience.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Minimum 4 years admin experience in an office position

  • Dispatching experience a plus

  • Strong typing/keyboarding and computer navigation skills

  • Experience using scheduling software

  • Proficient to Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Multi-tasking and priority management skills with a high degree of accuracy and execution

  • Performance and Grace under Pressure

  • Communication skills (verbal & written) to effectively deal with customers, vendors and co-workers

  • Proven experience dealing with customers over the phone for extended periods of time

Physical Demands

To adequately perform the duties of this job the employee is regularly and routinely required to; sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, use fingers, hear, see and talk. The employee will rarely lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
