Dry Production Entry– Rodelle (ADM), Fort Collins CO
This is an hourly level position.
The Dry Production Entry performs all entry level tasks involved in the production of finished dry products. The position follows SOPs and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist Operators, Workers, and Blenders with daily pre-operational setups
Perform quality checks on finished goods being produced
Understand all cleaning procedures, including PPE required to perform the task safely
Complete secondary tasks for production, including folding boxes and bringing material to the production areas
Build pallets according to tie-high standards
Balance safety, quality, and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas; the Dry Production Entry must always work to continuously improve all assembly line activities
Operate entry level equipment (pneumatic pallet jack, tape guns)
Represent, promote, and enforce exceptionalism with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, SQF) and their applicable policies

Job Description (Continued):
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years’ manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to stand, walk, use hands or fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms on a frequent basis
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds regularly throughout the shift
Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on an occasional basis
Ability to operate at heights above 4’ in a cage or scissor lift, while using fall protection, on an occasional basis
