Job Description
Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. Life in supply is non-stop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and astonishingly high quality standards. Lead process work groups consisting of operators and technicians
Lead development and monitoring of all critical control points to ensure consistency. Ensuring that safety and quality standards are met
Support the brewery in achieving their targeted Key Performance Indicators in the maintenance department and implement continuous improvement initiatives to close gaps in performance
Ownership of financial performance of area
Coordinate preventative/predictive/corrective maintenance work in area of responsibility
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed and built for new/current processes
Supervise production plans to attain outages for overhauls/corrective work in the department
Support the coordination/prioritization of training for maintenance personnel to achieve sufficient manpower and skillsets on all shifts
Assurance of equipment reliability; preventative and continual maintenance
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Management field
Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical and problem solving skills
Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement form applicable systems
Proven leadership and organizational change skills
Ability to multi-functionally move between departments and divisions
Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends
Experience with coaching and training skilled trades in a unionized environment
Ability to relocate
Solid understanding of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation controls and automation systems
