PDC Energy Surface Maintenance Foreman in Evans, Colorado

The Surface Maintenance Foreman will lead the crews that are responsible for surface facility maintenance, repair and installation of equipment while promoting the safety of personnel & environmental stewardship.

Lead crews responsible for maintenance, repair, equipment replacement and disassembly of surface facilities;
Ensure regulatory compliance, landowner and surface use requirements and stipulations are followed during these activities at well pad and surface facilities;
Analyze vendor performance and provide feedback in a prudent manner to Maintenance Superintendent or on site vendor representatives as appropriate;
Lead the procurement of services, tools & equipment required to effectively execute assigned projects;
Ensure safety & environmental best practices are being followed;
Facilitate accountability with key external partners which include vendors and the production field staff;
Escalate issues and decisions to the Maintenance Superintendent as appropriate;
Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental compliance in all job aspects.

- Position is 70% outside environment and 30% typical office environment. Worker is subjected to weather elements and worker must be accustomed to performing tasks in potentially adverse conditions.
The minimum level of education, experience, and certifications required to perform the job.
5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Field Operations;
Proven experience working with surface facilities;
Proven experience supervising others;
Familiarity with excavation activities and requirements.
