Plan and supervise craft activities including method of construction,material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and documentingactual hours worked.2. Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts, companydepartments, or other contractors.3. Maintain liaison with engineering and planning to ensure work complies withdrawings, specifications, and schedule.4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with facility and client personnel.5. Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment within varying facility typesand sizes.6. Must be detail oriented with accuracy in work order descriptions anditemized material/labor breakdown.7. Assist Human Resources in maintaining communications regarding employee jobsite performance as well as attendance and reviews.8. Provide accurate reporting to service manager for project scheduling, andmanpower demands.9. Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements;document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.10. Maintain liaison with vendors and Inspectors to ensure all requiredmaterials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities andproject schedule.11. Strong social and communication skills with superiors, customers andproject partners.12. Intermediate computer skills, with MS Office, Bluebeam and otherconstruction related software.13. This position is required to drive.14. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction. Minimum Qualifications: Educationaland experience requirements include: High school diploma plus somework-related training and/or experience. Employee must be proficient in theuse of hand tools, power tools, and cleaning and moving equipment.Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.Must be professional, as a Service Technician you will be frequentlyinteracting directly with customers.Driving a company truck may be required for this position, a validdriver's license will be requiredMust hold a current CO JW license or reciprocal.Additional Information Background check, creditcheck, MVR, Physical Abilities Test, and drug screen may be required(will vary by position).Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans.
