Kraemer North America Laborers in Edwards, Colorado
Kraemer North America (Kraemer) is currently searching for experienced Laborers to work on our bridge project in Edwards, CO. These positions will provide support and assistance to other skilled craft positions working on the project to include forming and stripping of concrete structures, hand excavating, pouring concrete, demolishing structures, and signaling operators. Laborers will be expected to complete all duties in a safe manner that meets the quality standards of Kraemer North America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures compliance with Kraemer Safety and Quality Programs by working safely
Lift, carry, and hold building material, tools, and other supplies as needed
Clean tools, equipment, materials, and work areas
Knowledge of and ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Repetitive use of hands and wrists with various tools, including fine motor movements and manipulations
Have some knowledge of applicable safety precautions and minor first aid
Ability to communicate, understand, follow and transmit instructions or safety related precautions
Ability to work at various heights utilizing appropriate PPE
Walking on uneven ground; exposure to cold/hot temperatures, and dusty or dirty/greasy surroundings
Previous laborer experience working in highway/heavy construction (preferably bridge experience)
Proven ability to perform work in a safe manner
