Join us and see why people love working here.About the roleThis position will be responsible for servicing and troubleshooting watertreatment equipment (Reverse Osmosis and Lab Equipment), exchangingservice deionization tanks and completing necessary paperwork.Responsibilities include electrical and mechanical testing, troubleshootingand repairs, system cleaning, disinfection, calibrations and otherrequired services. #CBWhat you will doRespond to non-routine "call outs" for tank exchanges and basic service ina timely and proactive manner.Maintenance of accurate records and communication of all data on customersites.Prepare and submit to customer and management "service" reports detailingmaintenance performed and equipment / application status.Complete equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and service activity runs toensure system performance.Sample collection at customer sites and analytical chemistry tests specific toeach site.Provide basic technical assistance to maximize equipment systems andapplication benefits to customer.Maintain and manage basic routine spare parts inventory.Perform other duties as assigned.What we are looking forEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE4-6 years of industry experienceBachelor's, Associates or Technical Degree preferredCERTIFICATIONSKnowledge of water chemistry and water treatment equipmentIntermediate level mechanical and electrical skillsAbility to complete plumbing tasks including working with Sched 80 PVC per MCPworkmanship standardsAbility to complete basic electrical tasks including work with high and lowvoltage electrical per MCP Workmanship StandardsOTHER SPECIFICATIONSExcellent verbal and written communicationsAbility to read, understand and follow Quality System documentationBasic computer skills required including basic proficiency with MicrosoftOffice SuiteKnowledge of ISO 14971 - Risk Management for Medical Devices - and how thisstandard applies to the service and installation personnelClean driving record - depending on territory, travel miles may be in excessof 40,000/yearAbility to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends andholidays, and the ability to take assignments on short noticeMust demonstrate ability to distinguish between coloursMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs unassistedMust be able to pass a DOT physical
