Aerotek Senior Superintendent in Denver, Colorado

Description:

Aerotek is immediately hiring for a Lead/Project Superintendent to supervise field construction of a projects, including its organization, planning, and scheduling, in order to complete the work on-time, within budget, and to quality specified.

Projects can include multifamily, healthcare, education, commercial buildings, assisted living, etc.

Top Skills Details:

-Recent experience on projects $50 Million or larger (Required)

-Experience working in the Denver Metro Area within the last 4 years (Required)

-Ability to communicate with clients, crews, and managers.

-Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

--Superintendent must have proven success working as the lead/project level superintendent on commercial projects. (Multifamily preferred).

--Must have recent experience working on project $50 million or higher.

-- This proven success at this high level must be from a recent (1-4 years) project in the Denver metro area.
