Responsibilities of the Scheduler include, but are not limited to:

  • Exposure to various assets and operations to build a rounded understanding of natural gas gathering, processing, and scheduling functions.

  • Will make/receive natural gas nominations and scheduling assigned systems. Perform confirmations with upstream and downstream parties.

  • Manage daily production vs scheduled volumes. Tracks associated imbalances and adjustments accordingly.

  • Develop and provide daily flow orders to guide gas control and field operations.

  • Work with producers, operations, gas control, and downstream pipelines to mitigate various daily operating issues.

  • Assist in end of month actualization for accounting close.

  • Position calls for rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule.

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional business or related experience is preferred.

  • The ability to analyze data for variances and anomolies is required.

  • The ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with other individuals, teams, customers, and stakeholders of the business, at various levels of the organization.

  • Takes initiative and is proactive in addressing issues. Quickly and efficiently completes tasks.

  • The ability to demonstrate conscientiousness, dependability and commitment to the role, team and company.

  • Working proficiency/knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
