Lion Real Estate Group Renovation Superintendent in Denver, Colorado
Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Renovation Superintendent to join our construction team. This position will be based in Denver, Colorado. We currently have two multifamily properties totaling 377 units, Caden and Cleo Apartments.

REPORTS TO: Director of Construction
JOB LOCATION: Denver, Colorado
The Renovation Superintendent will play a critical role in managing the execution of a successful renovation program at several properties within the assigned regional portfolio. This will include daily renovation labor and coordinating with contractors.
Ensures all company maintenance and renovation policies and procedures are followed.
Ensures all work assignments are completed according to Company standards.
Ensures quality control checks of all final products.
Addresses all renovation emergencies in a timely fashion.
Manages multiple and varied capital improvement projects, primarily on unit renovations.
Assists with day to day oversight, punch-list, and quality control.
Ensures quality and timely delivery of unit renovations, delivering a rent-ready product to property operations.
Identifies and implements creative solutions to problems and adds value to the project while minimizing construction schedules, costs, and impact to residents.
Interacts professionally with onsite Property Management team.
Provides exemplary customer service to residents, prospects, and guests and represents the Company in a professional manner at all times.
Helps create and deliver high quality results that keep the project on time and budget, while offering ideas for best practices and being a team player.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance according to required work schedule decided by the Company

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years residential or multifamily renovation or maintenance experience.

Frequent need (15-20% of the time) to utilize personal transportation mostly around the local/regional market, but potentially statewide, sometimes with shorter than average notice (may include air travel)
Occasional use of property golf cart may be necessary, if applicable to the project site
