Retail, Construction, Facilities Maintenance and Project Management Company, is looking for a highly motivated, responsible candidate for full-time position in Project Management within the construction department.
The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, experience in Facilities Maintenance Construction, Project Management and the ability to work within a team environment.
They will need to be highly dependable and have night/weekend flexibility with their schedule to meet the various needs of the department, travel is required.
Must have the ability to run multiple projects at once ? managing both in house technicians and sub-contractors.
Job responsibilities include project quoting, project scheduling, material ordering and daily client updates
A strong customer service background is required with the ability to multi-task.
Understanding of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects is required.
