Office General/ Facilities Technician

Local Cherry Creek company looking for a junior facilities technician to join their team!

This is a temp to hire opportunity! The hourly rate is starting at 15- 17.50/ hour. Must be able to do all job duties below. Entry level candidates are applicable as well.


Maintain a Safe and Clean working environment for all employees, clients, and visitor?s

Balance a broad range of organizational needs with appropriate attention to detail and focus

on assigned tasks.

Respond to request for maintenance or repair, through email, phone, or verbal request.

Respond to request through JIRA, following through until completion of request.

Update company personnel seating organization chart. Through Office Space software.

Build and repair office equipment (office furniture, cubicles).

Move furniture and set up cubicles and equipment for new employees, and inter office


Install misc. product as needed (white boards, pictures, key board trays, etc.)

Oversee building engineers, or approved vendor to ensure request are completed.

Respond to and communicate with Company personnel about facility issues and concerns.

Paper inventory control and delivery

Update company personnel seating organization chart. Through Office Space software.

Unpack and move supplies, and organize according to storage system.

Package delivery throughout all suites as needed

Fulfill daily office supply orders as needed

Manage MFP inventory, toner and service

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Experience in facilities role for a minimum 1 year

  • Experience with hand and power tools

  • Experience in related filed a plus

  • Experience and understanding with OSHA standards, building, city and county codes

  • Experience with maintaining an ERT for your location

  • Experience with negotiating with Vendors, for reduction in price for Services or product



Minimum 8 years experience in LD/OD in a managerial role

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Vocational coursework or degree in facilities engineering or operations preferred.

Work experience may compensate for degree required
