YESCO, LLC Lighting Maintenance Technician in Denver, Colorado

*Technician will operate out of the Denver Office but the work is located in Wyoming*GENERAL PURPOSE:Perform lighting service activities such as installing lighting equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports or observations of technical issues with lighting equipment, and eliminating future operational or service difficulties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists in delivery lighting equipmentDrives YESCO equipment service vehicle to customer locationsRestocks and maintains parts and inventory of YESCO equipment service vehicleInstalls new or modified equipment at customerand#39;s facility to ensure full functionalityReviews reports, work orders, and documentation from customers and night patrol representativesInspects malfunctioning or damaged product to assist in determining nature and scope of problemAnalyzes review and inspection findings to determine source of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective actionTroubleshoots and repair lighting equipment.Performs electrical troubleshooting and repair to ensure functionality.Prepares and uses materials consistent with specifications of job service orderImplements and maintains quality control and safety during servicePerforms preventative maintenance and minor repairs to service department equipment and vehicleProvides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customerCompletes work order and service documentation to assist with calculation of work hours and materials costsPerforms duties to ensure department meets expectations and deadlines MARGINAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Responds to emergency service callsAssists rappel team to ensure safety of other service employeesKeeps work area organized, clean and free from debris to maintain a safe working environmentPerforms other functions as necessary or as assignedNATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:Interacts daily with employees and supervisors at the YESCO facilities to discuss service projectsInteracts daily with YESCO customers at their location to discuss service projectTRAINING and QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
