Denver Harbor Light is looking for temporary Food Production Workers. The production worker will assist the Food Service Director in the handling the food prep for the EDS program as well as other kitchen duties as assigned. The position is 35-40 hours a week, hourly, non-exempt, and temporary, lasting until 12/31/2020.

Requirements

  1. Assist with the preparing of meals for the EDS Program

  2. Prepare continental breakfast & sack lunches.

  3. Dishing up hot food items and getting it ready to ship out for the EDS Program

  4. Assist the Food Service Director in maintaining EDS supplies.

  5. Assist maintaining all company equipment in proper working order, as well as in a sanitary condition.

  6. Assist in maintaining food prep areas for compliance with health standards.

  7. Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on intermittent or continuous basic. Ability to grasp, push, pull, and reach overhead. Ability to life up to 30 pounds, Ability to understand written information. Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
