At Udi's Bakery we strive to be the bestsurrounding the safety of our employees.Affix labels to exact specifications and within the time given.Perform all assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance duties.Record/Log all packing/shipping data accurately and within the time given.Must be willing to submit to drug testing after any incident involving injuryand/or equipment.Place product onto tray.Rack the product.Loads dough into machine/into vertical conveyor.Must be able to unload racks in a timely manner onto the conveyor.Pulls racks and place them into proof box.Must be able to fill out the proof box paperwork and keep it updated.Must be able to enter the racks information in to the MES.Good written and oral communication skills.Cleans sweeps and mops floors.Dispose of waste.Ability to adapt to change and high pressure situations.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, repeatedly.Ensure all products to meet Udi's Quality Standards.Comply with all Udi's policies, procedures, and practices.Ability to adapt to change and high pressure situations.Adheres to all GMP's.Follows Safety and HR protocols policies and procedures.Attend work as scheduled and be punctual.Honest throughout hiring and employment.Detail oriented.Aware of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor.Perform all tasks as assigned.Essential RequirementsPhysical-Lifting and Carrying: negligible pounds occasionally up to 25pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds to pull or lay objects from a lowerto a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to positionrequiring the use of upper extremities and back muscles.Pushing or Pulling: using extremities to exert force in order to push ,pull, draw, drag, haul, or tug objects exerting a negligible amount offorce constantly, up to 10 pounds frequently.Walking/Standing: Frequently on slick flooring/Standing for longperiods of time.Talking: expressing or changing ideas by means of spoken words. Thoseactivities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructionsto other workers accurately, loudly, and/or quickly.Hearing: perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with orwithout correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oralcommunication, and make fine discriminations in sound.Reaching: extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.Fingering: picking, pinching, or otherwise working primary with fingersrather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling. Using forcefulexertions and postural stress.Grasping: applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm whenusing scraper and cookie trays.Visual: the worker is required to have close visual acuity to performactivities by sustained attention and balance.
