Robert Half International Facilities Manager in DENVER, Colorado

Description

Part-Time Facilities Manager/Office Manager needed for an award winning Technology company in Denver, CO. You are someone who enjoys vendor relationships and willing to "roll up your sleeves" to provide immediate relief for office issues. This role will require being onsite within the building daily from 8-12 (with flexibility). This is a temporary role about 3+ months with hours potentially increasing. Main responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Contacting appropriate vendor for repairs (examples can include plumbing, wall damages, carpet issues, etc.)

• Track facilities spend along with evaluation of budgets and ability to stay within budget

• Negotiating contracts and pricing. Submitting vendor bids

• Hands on repair such - willing to help where needed until the service from vendor is provided. Examples can include lighting repair.

• Support office moves and build outs which may include furniture selection and building

• Working closely with company managers along with property management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Facilities Management experience; Must have worked with a large office space 40k sq. ft. or larger

• Someone who has done office management, especially if they organized a move or worked at a start-up a bonus

• Experienced with being detail oriented and always having a high level of organization

• Hands on Facilities repair experience

• Ability to work part-time hours with potential growth in hours

Requirements

• 3+ years of Facilities Management experience; Must have worked with a large office space 40k sq. ft. or larger

• Must be not above any task, and be a person who is always lending a helping hand

• Comfortable lifting boxes 30 lbs or less

• Hands on Facilities repair experience

• Interested in being a team member and being level headed in times of conflict

• Ability to work part-time hours with potential growth in hours (Starting M-F 8/8:30-12)

• Parking is not provided, but there is a structure easily accessible next to the office

• $22-24/hr payrate
