Reasonable accommodations may be made to enablequalified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Four years' experience preferredMark, shape, cut and assembly lines on materialsShapes materials to prescribed measurementsAssemble fasten with nails, dowel pins or glueVerify accuracy of structures with plumb bob and carpenter's levelErects framework for structures and lays sub-flooringMust have knowledge of proper cross slopes and acceptable tolerances of allsidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs, driveways and/or other concrete structuresForm and finish walls, footers, grade beams, etc.Constructs forms and chutes for pouring concreteErects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levelCommunicate with Foreman regarding any problems arising, materialsrequired, or any hazardsFollow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and cleanenvironmentVerify trueness of structure, using plumb bob and levelRemove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair orreplace, using hand toolsFill cracks or other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand patch,using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding toolREQUIREMENTS:High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)Valid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass a background investigation and drug screeningCurrent (within 3 years of hire date) Federal OSHA 10-hour ConstructionCertificate (or completion of the course within 60 days of employment)OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (hard hat, eye andear protection, safety vest, gloves, dust mask or respirator, fallprotection gear, etc.).
