Basic knowledge ofall power tools and their uses. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. ValidColorado Driver's license, insurance verification and good driving recordpreferred. CFC certification desired.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The Building Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the maintenance andrepair of all VOA facilities; ensures buildings, equipment and grounds aresafe, and in good repair at all times; may be required to supervisevolunteers; monitors the facilities to ensure they meet all safety andhealth requirements. Janitorial duties will also be performed.Salary: $17.61 per hour; additional compensation for on call dutiesWork Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
