What You’ll Be Doing:
Incorporate pre-bid RFI's with pre-con and sales team support
Ensure purchased materials, are per plans, specs, approved submittals
Verify installation methods, patterns are per plans, specs, submittals or clarify as necessary, document as required for installers
Buyout subcontractors
Write WO’s for installation staff per budget
Approve sub invoices
Input pencil draft monthly % complete for pay apps
Price and submit T&M work ticket COR’s
Track materials usage and determine final needed quantities
