Eaton Corporation Receiving Inspector in Dacono, Colorado
Eaton’s Innovative Switchgear Solutions Business is seeking a Receiving Inspector to join our team on day shift. This role is based at our Dacono, CO facility.
The Material Processer is responsible for supporting the Shipping Department in all material flow throughout the Dacono site. You will be responsible for performing the various job functions as described in the job description at an acceptable level of efficiency and quality. Candidates must be willing to perform various duties and assist all other team members as needed.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The starting pay rate for this role is $18.46 an hour.
Perform incoming receiving inspection so parts can be released to manufacturing
Handle all incoming receipts of material and to stock parts after release to manufacturing
Interface with other departments regarding material flow.
Operate computerized stock storage system or SAP system for various shipping operations.
Process in a timely manner, the flow of materials through the stock system or shipping area.
Accurately read shipping and order papers and cross check shipments accordingly with orders.
Process and account for all transfer paperwork of stock in plant or shipments out of plant.
Operate Forklift to sustain flow of materials for the department.
Perform work from specifications, and/or communicated instructions.
Follow established working procedures.
Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
Keep work area clean and orderly.
Contribute suggestions for methods or product improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Adheres to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Minimum of 1-year experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 1-year experience using SAP
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Must be able to walk/stand for an 8 hour shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to lift 44lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
- Basic understanding of drawing interpretation and inspection equipment preferred. I.E. Micrometer & Caliper
