Company transportation is provided.- Cleaning, prepping and spraying of bath and kitchen fixtures (tubs,showers, sinks, counters, floors, etc.) and repairing of chips,cracks and other damage, safely and profitably in a manner consistent withMiracle Method policies and procedures and industry guidelines/standards.- Safe handling and proper maintenance of all equipment, to include theuse of a ventilation system and personal protective equipment. Paidtraining, tools and support are provided.- Professional customer interaction and continuous quality assurance.- Identifying necessary project materials and safety equipment. Allmaterials and safety equipment are provided.- General shop maintenance and custodial duties.Qualifications- A strong work ethic- Attention to detail, refinishing is a craft- Excellent customer service skills- Good time management- Reliable work history, attendance and punctuality- Works well independently and in a team environment- Mechanical aptitude- Highly organized- Problem solver, each job brings its own unique challenge- Personable and well-groomed- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving history,background checks will be conducted on all final candidates- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.- Must be 21 or olderPreferred Qualifications- Previous refinishing experience is a plus but not required- Knowledge and experience in the preparation, evaluation and applicationof coating systems; such as spray painting or automotive painting.Benefits- Health insurance- Paid time offPayAverage compensation during the training is $______.
