POSITION: Sanitation operator/ CIP SHIFT: Based on Seniority * could be nights

WAGE: Tier “A” Per union contract progression over 2 years to reach $21.03/hour

Sinton Dairy Foods is seeking a reliable Serac Clean In Place (CIP) Operator who takes pride in their work and operates with effectiveness and accuracy and understands and supports Safety in the Workplace. This position is a union hourly position with overtime eligibility and reports to the Production Supervisor. This position will likely be on a night shift working from 5pm – 5am.

Job Duties:

· Operate CIP, and sanitize machines

· Complete checklist and documents assigned work area daily

· Monitor and report chemicals usage

· Assembled, and dismantled sanitized machines and processing equipment

· Good eye-hand coordination

· Stand for long periods of time

· Good communication skills and working well with others is important

· Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices

· Highly motivated self-starter

Qualifications:

· Good basic mathematical skills

· Ability to use basic hand tools

· Basic ability to read, write and interpret instructions and manuals

· Able to multi-task, possess strong attention to details and accuracy is required

· Must pass pre-employment screening including a drug screen and background check

· Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position
