We are looking for a Manager, Global Facilities to join our team in Denver or Colorado Springs, CO.

What You'll Do

  • Execute the company’s real estate strategy inclusive of oversight of global facilities

  • Manages and supervises the activities of the Facilities Maintenance staff and third-party vendors to maintain a reliable, secure and compliant site.

  • Provides input on capital projects to upgrade or expand facilities and equipment needed. Assists in planning, execution and documentation.

  • Helps ensure compliance of the site with a specific focus on Facilities operations relative to applicable US and international regulatory agencies including OSHA and FDA.

  • Manages staff and coordinates Facility shutdowns to ensure preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs are completed in a timely manner, including all necessary documentation.

  • Ensures that department resources are available to promptly respond to and resolve Facility problems as needed at all times.

  • Manages third party service provider relationships; maintains a master contact list and ensures that appropriate service agreements are in place and vendors are appropriately trained and qualified.

  • Supports timely closure of facility related deficiencies including audit observations, corrective and preventative actions and deviations.

  • Employ effective organizational and time-management skills to deliver solutions to routine and emergency requests and general facility maintenance needs within established timelines. This includes initiating, managing and performing Change Management Requests (CMRs) as well as requests and incidents received through the global ticketing system and email.

  • Space planning, coordinating the maintenance of proper inventory levels and ensuring proper safety measures are enforced. Prioritization of or acting on requests such as people and equipment moves and other time-sensitive requests are critical in order to maintain customer satisfaction. (Problem solving, can-do attitude, persuasion and influence, collaboration, negotiation)

  • Oversight and ordering of facility signage as required (both interior and exterior

  • Assists in establishing KPI’s including staying within the budget, and ensures staff support and meet KPI’s. Takes corrective actions to mitigate performance gaps.

  • Oversee and manage the company’s global leases, from a transactional and administrative perspective.

  • Responsible for tracking upcoming renewals, critical dates and deadlines, identify key lease related issues requiring negotiations to ensure the company takes advantage of all rights available (i.e. options, expirations, and co-tenancy

What You Should Have

  • On-call 24/7 with flexibility to work weekends as needed

  • Minimum of 3 Years’ experience as Commercial Facility Manager/Property Manager

  • Knowledge of facility management principles and techniques

  • Working knowledge of Facilities systems/equipment, including, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

  • Experience managing global property leases.

  • High level of integrity, judgment and follow-through

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going tasks and projects

  • Ability to partner successfully with varied groups and people

  • Oversee general facility operations for each company office
