Construction Laborer7 temporary, full -time positions.4/1/2021- 12/1/2021.RG Lath Stucco, Inc., located in Colorado Springs, CO.Email: email@example.com.Tasks: Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Mayoperate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers,cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuringequipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean andprepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides ofexcavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and otherwaste materials. May assist other craft workers.7:00am-3:30pm, Monday toFriday. OT needed. OT hours vary.40 hours per week. No minimum education orexperience required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Post employmentdrugtesting upon employer's reasonable suspicion. Employer providedtransportation from workshop to sites in El Paso county. Pay:$17.07/hr, OT varies at $25.61/hr.Workers paid weekly. Optionalhousing offered at $175/week to be deducted from pay if elected. On thejob training provided. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any workerinthe specified occupation, at the company's sole discretion, based onindividual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. Singleworkweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from theworker'spaycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50%of thework contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the placeofwork. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers' reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workeroriginally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due tosubsequent employment with another employer or where the employer hasappropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. Theamount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Dailysubsistence provided at a rate of at least $12.68/day during travel to amaximum of $55.00/day with receipts. H2B Workers will be reimbursed in thefirst workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (exceptpassportfees).
