The Role:

As a Team Leader you will be integral to the Ratings Support Services group, leading a team of specialists through and conducting process improvement and regulatory support activities.

You ll work with the Manager of the Ratings Support Services and coordinate with other team members, including US and global Operations members and Analysts.

  • Lead Operations Specialists in performing day-to-day analytical support tasks including rating and publishing release, monitoring rating requests, creating and - or populating workflow jobs, and ensuring recordkeeping and file completeness requirements are met. This position involves contributing to these tasks as well as leading and cultivating the team.

    • Manage a team of Operations Specialists by monitoring performance on a regular basis against set standards of support to both business unit and operations. Develop and mentor new or less experienced team members.

    • Remediate compliance reports, create metrics reporting, and support the error tracking process.

    • Lead and implement process improvement activities.


  • Bachelor s degree required with 3 years of work experience. Prior supervisory experience is a prerequisite.

  • Operational Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Internal Audit experience and prior exposure to an analytical or regulated environment highly preferred.

  • Effective management skills to supervise and train support staff to perform tasks which are sometimes quite technical and require a fair understanding of business rules and processes.

  • Business Process Management (BPM) experience or similar process improvement skills preferred.

  • Excellent presentation and writing skills with ability to influence.
