The ideal candidate for this position has experience testing products in the medical devices and/or aerospace industries. This candidate’s experience will include setting up experiments, following test procedures, and documenting results. This candidate isdetail-oriented, has knowledgeof good documentation practice, and is able to manage their work load independently. They enjoy finding bugs and solving problems collaboratively.

The Quality Tester is assigned to participate on design verification and test teams that evaluate product design, product updates,and maintenance for our customers.
Testers work with other members of the development team to ensure product quality and consistency of practice across projects.
Operation of CMM and GD&T
Execute protocols and support creation of test reports
Participate in cross-functional teams
Analyze problems in a simple design, process and test development
Incoming and in-process inspection, 100%
Identify and Investigate failures seen within the product for root cause and find potential remedies to those issues
Adhere to Quality Management System processes
Minimum two-year degree from an accredited technical school or two years completed in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
Employee must have sufficient experience with computers, software applications, and technical writing to be able to read and execute written test procedures efficiently.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
2+ years of testing experience
Seeking an expert in CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machine), including programming and operation of CMMs.
Abilityto create, read, analyze, and interpret documents with specific, technical content
Must be familiar with good documentation practices and to document test results effectively and unambiguously.
Individuals must be able to present information and respond professionally to questions from peers, supervisors, and customers.
Should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems as well as the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Experience testing products in the medical devices and/or aerospace industries
Education in electrical or software engineering
