Our associatesmake the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability ofthe machinery that keeps industry in motion.Wazee Crane, a division of Timken Motor and Crane Services LLC, is seekinga full-time Manufacturing Supervisorlocated in Broomfield, CO.The role ofthe Manufacturing Supervisor is to lead the shop operative team, assigningand directing production resources to meet the production objectives. Thisindividual is responsible for providing daily feedback and recommendations tothe engineering team and Business Manager on matters of status, issues,and requirements. This role reports into the Business Manager.Duties Include:Manage a team made of fabrication, welding, electrical, painting, andsupport personnel in a manufacturing capacity.Provide continuity to all aspects of manufacturing and production.Oversees and drives the safety culture at the site, acting as champion andensuring safety processes are adhered to.Perform personal observation and safety inspections.Perform daily team pre-start toolbox meeting.Ensure production tooling and equipment is inspected and maintained.Responsible for ensuring shop upkeep and cleanliness, maintaining a "TourReady" standard.Responsible for overall facility maintenance.Responsible for identifying training needs on the team, developing plans forcross training and development with each associate.Manage the production supply chain activity by receiving materials, conductaccurate recording of inventory, and WIP.Record information for receiving, time management and approval, andinformation on parts and job objectives in company systems.Monitor jobs for technical accuracy and profitability.Responsible for quality control (QC) on new crane manufacturing. Work inpartnership across departments to develop, maintain, and implementin-process and post-process QC procedures.Develop, maintain, and execute the manufacturing schedule.Cross department collaboration with engineer and service teams.Other projects and duties as assigned by the Business Manager.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalency required, Bachelors degree preferred.Industrial oerhead materials handling or general industry experience required.7 years of engineering or manufacturing experience, or 4 years with aBachelors degree.Welding experience highly desirable.Working knowledge of industrial electrical and control systems.Previous team leadership or lead role.Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Lean, 5S, ISO, Kaizen preferred.Essential Functions/Work Environment:Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or movemore than 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision,distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability toadjust focus, excellent hand-eye coordination.Must be able to speak and hear clearly.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently requiredto sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle, operatetools/equipment, and/or feel, reach with arms and hands, climb,balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk and hear.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must bemet by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of thisjob.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals withdisabilities to perform the essential functions.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposedto: work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, andrisk of electrical shock.The employee is frequently exposed extreme cold andextreme heat (non-weather), and toxic or caustic chemicals.The employeeis occasionally exposed to risk of vibration.The noise level in the work environment usually ranges from moderate to loud.The yearly compensation for this ro
